- Once you've checked into your hotel, you're welcome to enjoy an evening of cocktails, snacks and crafts with the Austin Browncoats. We'll have an open bar for most of the evening, as well as Asian-inspired hors'doeuvres. With a number of craft tables for your enjoyment, learn to knit a jayne cellphone carrying case, or how to make Zoe's necklace. We'll also have a belly dancer and palm reader on site! Think that's all? How would you like to karaoke or learn some new dance moves for the ball?

- We will provide some tour options, as well as literature for all of our guests. This section of the event is truly a "choose your own adventure!" Some guided options include a tour of Earth That Was, as well as a Private tour of the Capitol!

- Get together the morning after our Big Damn Ball to have a Southwestern Brunch! We'll also have some special video booths available so you can say goodbye in style.
