Layaway Payments or Non-Paypal Payments
The automated payment system is being cranky about allowing layaway which we are working to resolve. In the meantime, the old-fashioned route can work just fine.
- Mail $50 check or money order (Browncoat Ball 2015) for each registration.
(Remember to mail in your other two $50 payments before the Ball!) - Include your name, email, physical address or phone, and track preference, as well as anything you want to tell us, such as food allergies.
- We will email you the day we receive your registration. No email means we didn’t get it (FYI).

If you wish to use a credit card for layaway, or to register without using the automated system, mail the credit card number and we will process it using the Square app. The card number will then be shredded.
More Ticket Options
The Browncoat Ball is by design a small, cozy event. So to ensure your participation, we encourage you to buy a Full Weekend ticket, because those will have priority over any single day or single event options.
Of course we hope to have everyone come for the whole weekend, however, we are now offering Saturday Only (All Day), Ball Only (Saturday Night), and Friday Night ticket options.

Note: Good News – Our ticketing system has been updated so that you can purchase multiple tickets at the same time. For example, you can buy 2 or more Full Weekend Tickets at once – you will be asked to fill in brief form for each person’s ticket. Or you can buy a Full Weekend Ticket and a Premium Track ticket for several people at the same time. Say you buy 3 Full Weekend Tickets and 2 Premium Track Tickets. You will then fill in 5 small forms. The 2 Premium Track forms (in this example) will be repetitive, so just cut and paste, or use the Advanced Copy Options beneath the first ticket form.
